Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 4 nos tomatoes(chopped)


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 250 gms paneer(cubed)


  • 3 tbsp cream

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, whole garam spices, coriander seeds,bay leaf, cook this till the time spices change its colour.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, salt, cover and cook for sometime.
  • Heat 2 tbsp butter, add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes away.
  • Then add ground masala, red chilli powder, mix and cook till the time oil separates from the spices.
  • Add suitable water.Then add salt, sugar to taste and cook for 6-7.
  • Add paneer and mix it well, cover it and cook for 5 min.
  • Finally add cream and stir well. Butter Paneer is ready.
